Embedded Scoring Steps

Faraday adds an AI processing step to a workflow already running inside another connected tool, instead of a separate AI product. A Beam agent watches for the trigger a team has approved, such as a new lead or a support case, reads the record involved, and passes it through the configured Faraday step to get a score or classification. The agent writes that result back onto the originating record so whoever works from it sees the output in place. Results below the account's confidence threshold are left unwritten and flagged for a person to review before anything downstream reacts to them.

Cross-Tool Workflow Triggers

Faraday's AI step sits alongside a stack rather than replacing any tool in it, so it can start from wherever a workflow already runs: a CRM update, a form submission, a scheduled check. A Beam agent watches for the trigger a team has configured, reads the relevant fields from the source record, and submits them to Faraday under the approved rule. The output is written back to the same tool the trigger came from, keeping everything in one place instead of a separate dashboard. Triggers firing with incomplete data, or outputs that conflict with an existing value, are set aside for a person to check.

Confidence-Based Output Handling

Not every result Faraday returns is final. Each output carries a confidence level, and a Beam agent checks it against the threshold a team has approved before writing anything to a record. Results above the threshold are applied automatically, updating the record or notifying whoever owns it that a new value is ready. Results at or below the threshold are held rather than written, and the record is flagged with the reason so a person can decide whether to apply it, request another pass, or leave the field as it was.
