Interactive expo floor maps

ExpoFP builds the interactive floor plan an event team uses to lay out a trade show, showing booths, aisles, and shared spaces on one map. A Beam agent reads that plan alongside the exhibitor list to check that every confirmed exhibitor has a booth placed on it, applying the layout rule the event team has set, such as grouping exhibitors by category or sponsorship tier. Placements it cannot resolve, including exhibitors with no matching space or booths requested twice, are left for the event planner to place by hand rather than assigned automatically.

Exhibitor booth placement

Each booth on an ExpoFP plan is tied to an exhibitor once assigned, so the plan doubles as a record of who is where at the show. A Beam agent checks that record against the exhibitor list a sales or operations team maintains, flagging any exhibitor who paid for a booth but has not been placed on the plan yet. It can notify the planner with the specific gap rather than a general reminder. Booth swaps requested close to the show date are routed to a person instead of being applied straight to the map.

Attendee facing floor views

Once a floor plan is finished, ExpoFP presents it in a form attendees can browse to find a specific exhibitor or session before or during the show. A Beam agent can check that the published view matches the latest booth assignments, comparing the two and flagging any mismatch, such as a last minute exhibitor change that has not carried through yet. Where a discrepancy shows up close to the event, the agent notifies the organizer rather than updating the public view itself, since a live floor plan is customer facing.
