A Beam agent reads a note tagged or filed in an approved notebook, applies the approved rule for what counts as an actionable detail, such as a date or a request, and creates a matching item in another system, like a task tracker. Notebook Organization

It keeps a record of which reminders were actioned and when. A reminder tied to a note with unclear next steps gets routed to a person to decide what to do.
