A Beam agent runs this lookup when a lead reaches a stage in the pipeline that needs a direct email, reading back the match and applying the approved rule for confidence level before saving it to the CRM record. Matches below the approved confidence, or leads with no match found, get flagged for a person to source manually. This keeps outreach lists filled without requiring someone to search for each address by hand.

Deliverability Verification

Before an address goes into an outreach sequence, Enrow checks whether it is deliverable, catch-all, or invalid. A Beam agent runs this check against a new list, reads the result for each row, and applies the approved rule for which categories are safe to contact, removing or holding the rest from the sequence. It updates the CRM record with the verification result so the team can see why an address was excluded. Addresses that come back catch-all, where deliverability can't be confirmed either way, get routed to a person to decide before the sequence starts.

Bulk List Processing

Enrow supports checking or finding emails across a full list rather than one contact at a time, which matters when a new set of leads enters the pipeline together. A Beam agent submits the list, waits for the batch to complete, and reads the results back into the CRM, applying the approved rule for what gets added to an active sequence versus held back. It reports how many rows were matched, verified, or rejected in the batch. Unusual results, like a batch with a much lower match rate than normal, get routed to a person before the list is used.
