Pre-send list scoring

Emailable scores each address on a list as deliverable, risky, or undeliverable before a campaign goes out. A Beam agent submits the list ahead of a scheduled send, reads back the scores, and removes addresses Emailable marks undeliverable using the threshold the account owner already approved. Addresses scored as risky, rather than clearly good or bad, are held out of that send and flagged for a person to decide whether to include them next time. The agent doesn't lower the account's quality bar on its own, even if that would let a larger list through immediately.

New signup checking

Emailable can check a single address the moment someone submits it on a signup form. A Beam agent performs this check as part of the signup flow, adds a valid address to the mailing list right away, and holds an address Emailable flags as disposable or non-existent out of the list rather than adding it silently. Where the result comes back risky, such as a full inbox or a catch-all domain, the agent still lets the signup complete but flags the contact for a person to check before their first send. Nothing is blocked without a clear reason from Emailable.

List health reporting

Emailable reports the deliverable, risky, and undeliverable share of a list over time as it's rechecked. A Beam agent pulls this breakdown on the schedule the account sets, such as monthly, and notifies the marketing team when the undeliverable share crosses the level they've agreed is worth acting on. This keeps list quality visible without someone exporting a report by hand each time. Deciding what to do about a declining list, whether that's a re-permission campaign or removing old contacts, stays with a person; the agent only surfaces when that conversation is due.
