Mail a postcard through EchtPost the moment a customer hits a milestone recorded elsewhere, automating a physical touch that used to mean someone placing an order by hand.
Milestone Triggered Mailing
EchtPost prints and mails a postcard from a template filled in with a recipient's name and address. A Beam agent reads a customer or order record for a milestone the customer has approved as worth a postcard, such as a first purchase or an anniversary date, fills the address and message fields, and places the mailing through EchtPost, logging the send back against the customer record. Records missing a valid mailing address, or milestones that do not match an approved template, are held for a person to fix before anything is printed.
Address Validation Checks
A postcard is only useful if it reaches the recipient, so address details matter more here than in a typical digital send. A Beam agent checks the address fields pulled from the source record against the format EchtPost expects, such as a complete street, city, and postal code, before placing the order, following the customer's rule for what counts as complete enough to send. Addresses missing required fields, or ones flagged as likely undeliverable, are not sent and are routed to a person to correct.
Batch Mailing Lists
EchtPost can send a mailing to a list of recipients rather than one at a time, useful for a campaign reaching many customers at once. A Beam agent builds that list from records matching a rule the customer has approved, such as everyone who reached a certain order count in the last month, and submits the batch through EchtPost with the agreed template. A list containing duplicate entries, or recipients who have opted out of physical mail, is filtered before submission and any unresolved cases go to a person to review.
