Enroll a new contact into an EasySendy drip sequence the moment a signup or purchase record appears elsewhere, automating the first touch outreach a marketer would otherwise start by hand.
Drip Sequence Enrollment
EasySendy runs scheduled drip campaigns that deliver a set series of emails over time. A Beam agent reads a new record from a connected source, such as a signup form or an order confirmation, checks it against a rule the customer has approved for which sequence fits, such as new customer versus returning customer, and adds the contact to the matching EasySendy sequence. A record missing the details needed to pick a sequence, or one that already appears enrolled elsewhere, is not added automatically and is left for a person to place by hand.
List Segmentation Updates
Contacts in EasySendy can be grouped into lists so a campaign only reaches the people it is meant for. A Beam agent reads updated information about a contact, such as a plan change or a location update from another system, and moves or adds that contact to the list the customer's rule says matches, keeping segmentation current without someone manually re-sorting entries. Contacts whose new details do not clearly fit an existing list are left in place and flagged for a person to sort into the right group.
Bounce and Unsubscribe Handling
EasySendy records when an email bounces or a recipient unsubscribes, information that matters well beyond the platform itself. A Beam agent reads that status after a campaign sends and writes it back to the source system, such as marking a contact record as unreachable or removing them from future outreach lists, following the suppression rule the customer has set. Cases where the reason for a bounce is unclear, such as a temporary server issue rather than a bad address, are held for a person to check before the contact is suppressed for good.
