Move a candidate to the next hiring stage once an interview is recorded, automating the status updates a recruiter would otherwise make by hand.
Candidate Pipeline Stages
A hiring pipeline in Dropboard follows each candidate through stages such as applied, screening, interview, and offer. A Beam agent reads the outcome of a completed step, such as an interview marked done or a scorecard submitted, and moves the candidate to the next stage the team has defined, then notifies whoever owns that stage that action is needed. This keeps a pipeline current without a recruiter dragging candidates between columns after every call. Candidates who receive mixed feedback, or whose next stage is not clearly defined by the approved rule, are left in place for a recruiter to move by hand.
Job Posting Distribution
An open role in Dropboard can go out to a company's careers page and any job boards the account is connected to. A Beam agent takes a requisition once it is approved, fills the posting template with the role details from that requisition, and places the listing on the connected destinations, then updates the requisition record with a link once it is live. This removes the copy and paste of entering the same posting into several places by hand. Postings for roles outside standard templates, or that need a legal or compensation check first, are handed to a person before anything goes out.
Interview Scheduling Coordination
Scheduling an interview in Dropboard means matching a candidate's availability with an interviewer's calendar and confirming a time. A Beam agent reads the availability both sides have submitted, applies the team's approved rule for who interviews at each stage, and books the slot that fits, sending confirmation and any prep notes to both parties. This cuts out the back and forth of finding a shared time slot manually. Reschedules, panel interviews with an unusual number of participants, and any candidate flagged as a priority hire are left for a recruiter to coordinate directly instead of being booked automatically.
