Post Queue Scheduling

DotSimple holds a queue of upcoming social posts across connected accounts, each with a scheduled time and caption. A Beam agent reads updates from a connected system, such as new content approved elsewhere, and applies the account's approved rule to add or reorder items in the DotSimple queue for the right time slot. This removes someone manually keeping the queue current as new content arrives throughout the week. Content missing a caption, an unclear posting time, or an unrecognized account is routed to a person before it's queued.

Caption Field Population

Some DotSimple posts use a caption template filled with data, such as a product name or promotion detail, rather than being written from scratch each time a post goes out. A Beam agent reads the relevant data from a connected system and applies the account's approved template rule to fill the caption before the post reaches the queue. This covers repetitive caption work for recurring post types across every account. Captions that need new wording, or data that doesn't fit the template, are routed to a person to write directly.

Cross-Account Posting Status

DotSimple can post the same content across multiple social accounts, and each account's post can succeed or fail independently of the others. A Beam agent reads the posting result for each account and applies the account's approved rule to update a connected record, marking which accounts posted successfully and which didn't go through as planned. This removes someone checking each account separately after a post goes out. Failures, partial posting across accounts, or unclear results are routed to a person to resolve directly, one account at a time.
