Segment contacts and schedule campaigns in Doppler Marketing Automation, automating marketing work like updating subscriber lists and delivery windows.
Subscriber List Segmentation
Doppler Marketing Automation organizes contacts into segments used to target campaigns, based on fields like activity, location, or purchase history. A Beam agent reads updates from a connected system, such as a new purchase or a changed preference, and applies the account's approved rule to move the contact into the matching segment. This removes the manual work of re-sorting contacts as their data changes. Contacts with conflicting or incomplete data, or a segment rule that doesn't clearly apply, are routed to a person instead of being reassigned automatically.
Campaign Start Conditions
Some Doppler Marketing Automation campaigns are meant to start after a specific event, such as a signup or an abandoned action. A Beam agent reads that event from a connected system and applies the account's approved rule to confirm the campaign's start conditions are met, then updates the campaign's status so it proceeds on schedule. This removes someone checking by hand whether conditions for a scheduled campaign have been satisfied. Events that don't match an approved condition, or conflicting timing data, are routed to a person before the campaign proceeds.
Unsubscribe and Preference Updates
When a contact updates their preferences or unsubscribes through a connected system, a Beam agent reads that change and applies the account's approved rule to update the matching contact record in Doppler Marketing Automation. This keeps subscriber preferences current without a person manually removing or adjusting contacts after each request comes in throughout the day across every list the account maintains. Requests that don't clearly match an existing contact, or involve a data conflict between systems, are routed to a person to resolve before any preference changes.
