Contact and Company Record Upkeep

Dolibarr stores customer and company records used across CRM and ERP functions, such as contact details, addresses, and account status. A Beam agent reads updates from a connected system, for example a change of address or a new contact submitted elsewhere, and applies the account's approved rule to update the matching Dolibarr record. This removes the manual step of re-entering the same change in multiple places. Conflicting records, duplicate contacts, or updates that don't clearly match an existing record are routed to a person instead of being applied automatically.

This replaces someone manually marking invoices as paid after checking a separate system by hand every day. Payments that don't clearly match an invoice, partial payments, or disputed amounts are routed to a person rather than being applied without a second look.

Order and Stock Status Updates

Dolibarr's ERP side holds order and stock level data alongside its CRM records. A Beam agent reads order updates from a connected system, such as a shipment being confirmed or an item falling below a set threshold, and applies the account's approved rule to update the matching order or stock record in Dolibarr. This keeps order status current without someone updating it by hand after every change across the warehouse. Stock discrepancies, unmatched orders, or updates outside the approved rule are routed to a person before any record changes.
