Template-Driven PDF Rendering

Documint turns a template, such as an invoice, certificate, or report layout, into a finished PDF using the data supplied to it. A Beam agent starts this rendering when a matching event happens, for example an order closing or a course being completed, reads the relevant data from the connected system, and applies the account's approved rule for which template to use. The rendered PDF is then delivered to the workflow or a person is notified. Requests involving a new template, missing data, or values outside the expected format are routed to a person instead of being rendered automatically.

Branded Layout Consistency

Documint keeps a document's branding, such as logo placement, colors, and layout, consistent across every PDF it produces from a given template. A Beam agent supplies the data for each PDF but does not alter the template design itself, so the visual format stays as approved. This lets routine documents like invoices or certificates go out with consistent formatting without a person laying each one out by hand. Any request to change the template's design or branding is routed to a person, since that falls outside the data-filling rule the agent follows.

Bulk PDF Generation from Records

Where a batch of records needs the same document, such as certificates for a class or invoices for a billing period, a Beam agent reads each record from the connected system and applies the approved template rule to produce one PDF per record through Documint. This replaces generating each file one at a time by hand. Records that are incomplete, duplicated, or fall outside the expected data shape are set aside for a person, while matching records are rendered and delivered automatically according to the account's setup.
