Lift line items from invoices and images with DocumentPro's AI parsers, automating manual entry into Excel, and sending unclear scans to a human.
AI-Based Invoice Reading
DocumentPro applies an AI parser to invoices and scanned images to pull out named fields, such as vendor, date, and total, without a person keying them in by hand. A Beam agent watches the inbox or folder DocumentPro monitors, waits for parsing to finish, and reads the resulting fields once available. It writes those values into the destination spreadsheet or system in the format the customer has configured. Where the parser returns a low-confidence field, such as a smudged total or an unfamiliar vendor name, the agent leaves that field blank and flags the document for a person to check by hand.
Export to Excel and Spreadsheets
DocumentPro is built to land its output in a spreadsheet, keeping each parsed document as a row with consistent columns rather than a free-form text dump. A Beam agent reads the parsed output and appends it to the working spreadsheet the customer uses to track invoices or receipts, keeping column order and formatting consistent across documents added at different times. It links back to the source file for each row so a figure can be checked against the original scan. Where a document's fields do not match the existing spreadsheet's columns, the agent holds it out of the batch for a person to place manually.
Batch Processing of Scanned Documents
DocumentPro can work through a folder of scanned invoices or images together rather than one at a time, which suits a backlog of paper records being digitized. A Beam agent submits the batch, waits for DocumentPro to finish each document, and compiles the results into a single report showing which documents parsed cleanly and which need a closer look. It notifies whoever requested the batch once the run completes. Where a document in the batch is unreadable, rotated, or in an unsupported format, the agent excludes it from the results and lists it separately for a person to handle.
