Pull click and referrer data from Cutt.ly short links, automating the periodic link performance checks a marketing team would otherwise run by hand.
Branded Short Links
Cutt.ly turns a long destination URL into a short, branded link a team can reuse across campaigns. A Beam agent reads newly created links and checks the naming or tagging against the team's approved convention, such as including a campaign code in the link alias. Where the rule allows it, the agent updates a shared campaign tracker with the new link and its destination. Links that don't follow the naming convention, or that point to a destination outside the approved domain list, are routed to a person to rename or confirm before they go live.
Link-in-Bio Pages
A Cutt.ly bio page collects several destination links behind one shared profile URL, often used for social bios. A Beam agent reads the current list of links on a page on a set schedule and checks each destination against the approved list of live campaign pages. Where a destination has expired or a product page has been taken down, the agent flags the entry. Removing or replacing a link on the page itself is routed to a person, since it changes what visitors see on a public profile.
QR Code Generation
Cutt.ly generates a scannable QR code for any shortened link, useful for print or in-person campaigns. A Beam agent reads a request for a new QR code alongside the campaign brief and checks that the destination URL matches the approved campaign page before the code is finalized. Once confirmed, the agent updates the campaign asset log with the code and its linked destination. Requests where the destination doesn't match the brief, or where the campaign page isn't yet live, are routed to a person before the code is produced.
