Match new leads against CUFinder company and contact data, automating enrichment work like filling in missing firmographic fields, and sending unclear matches to a person to check before outreach.
Firmographic Data Enrichment
CUFinder holds background details on companies, such as industry, size, and location, that a new lead record often arrives without any of. A Beam agent triggers when a lead is added to a CRM, reads the matching CUFinder company data, and applies the customer's approved mapping to fill in the missing fields on that record. Where CUFinder returns no confident match, or key fields are still blank afterward, the agent leaves the lead as is and sends it to a person to fill in by hand.
Contact and Email Discovery
CUFinder can look up contact details for people at a target company, which a lead record may only have partially filled in already for that person. A Beam agent requests a lookup for a named contact, applies the customer's approved rule for which fields must meet a confidence or completeness bar, and adds the result to the CRM only when that bar is met in full. Contacts that fall short of the bar are not added silently, they are flagged for a person to confirm first before anyone reaches out.
Prospect List Building
Sales teams often need a batch of companies that match a set of approved criteria, such as industry, size, and region, rather than one lead reviewed at a time by hand. A Beam agent pulls a batch of CUFinder matches against those criteria into a prospecting list and updates the list as new matches appear over time. Companies that sit close to the edge of the criteria are marked as borderline and sent to a person to confirm before the list is used for outreach.
