Dispute Letter Drafting

Credit Repair Cloud stores each client's disputed items and the reason on file for challenging them with a bureau or creditor. A Beam agent reads a client's case, applies the customer's approved letter template and dispute reason for that item, and drafts the next letter with the correct account and client details filled in. It does not send anything on its own, the drafted letter goes to a person to check and approve before it is mailed, so every claim going to a bureau has been looked over by someone first.

Client Case Records

A client's progress through credit repair depends on an accurate, current case file inside Credit Repair Cloud that reflects every step so far. A Beam agent triggers when a bureau response, payment, or document arrives, reads what changed, and applies the customer's approved rule to update the case status, such as marking an item resolved or a payment received on the file. Where a response is unclear, disputed by the client, or doesn't match an expected format, the agent leaves the case as is and notifies a person to look at it.

Dispute Round Follow-Up

Credit repair disputes typically move through repeated rounds of letters spaced a set number of days apart until an item is resolved. A Beam agent checks which client cases in Credit Repair Cloud are due for their next round based on the customer's approved timing rule, and drafts the follow-up letter for cases with no bureau response yet on file. Cases with a partial response, a new complication, or missing information are not carried forward automatically, they are routed to a person to decide the next step for that client.
