Job Scheduling and Dispatch

Craftboxx holds the calendar of jobs a trade business has booked in, including the site, the client, and who is assigned. A Beam agent reads new job requests as they come in, applies the customer's approved scheduling rule, such as assigning the nearest available craftsperson, and updates the Craftboxx calendar with the confirmed slot. If two jobs clash, a required skill is missing, or a client asks for a time outside normal hours, the agent leaves the slot open and sends the details to a person to place manually.

Time Recording and Timesheets

Craftboxx lets craftsmen record the hours they spend on each job so the business can bill clients accurately and run payroll on time. A Beam agent reads submitted time entries, matches each one to the job and client it belongs to, and applies the customer's approved rate rule to update the timesheet total for that pay period. Entries that are missing a job reference, show unusual hours for the task, or fall outside a shift window are not totaled automatically, they are sent to a person to check against the original job details before payroll runs for that week.

Job Documentation Checks

Craftboxx stores the notes, photos, and sign-offs a craftsman attaches to a completed job so a business can prove the work was done properly. A Beam agent reads the documentation submitted against a customer's approved completion checklist, such as before-and-after photos or a signed client form, and updates the job status to complete once every required item is present and accounted for. Where a photo, note, or sign-off is missing or looks unclear, the agent leaves the job open and notifies the person responsible for chasing it up before the job file is closed out for good.
