Profile Email Lookup

ContactOut looks up a person's email address and phone number from a LinkedIn profile or company domain. A Beam agent reads a list of prospects missing contact details, runs each one through ContactOut, and applies the approved rule for which result to accept, such as preferring a verified work email over a guessed one. It writes the found details back into the outreach list or CRM record. Prospects who return multiple conflicting emails, or no result at all, are routed to a human to search manually or decide whether to skip them.

Bulk Contact Export

ContactOut can export contact details for a batch of profiles at once, which matters when a rep pulls a list of leads from a search or an event. A Beam agent reads the batch, applies the approved rule for formatting and deduplicating the results, such as skipping any contact already in the CRM, and writes the clean list to the outreach tool. It notes how many profiles returned a usable contact and how many didn't. Batches with an unusually high failure rate, which can signal a bad search or a data issue, are routed to a human to investigate.

List Deduplication

Prospecting lists built from ContactOut searches often contain the same person found through different searches or spelled differently across sources. A Beam agent reads the incoming list, applies the approved rule for matching duplicates, such as treating the same name and company as one record, and merges or removes the extras before the list reaches a rep. It updates the list with a single clean entry per prospect. Records that look similar but don't clearly match, like the same name at two different companies, are routed to a human to confirm before merging.
