Project Photo Feeds

CompanyCam collects the photos a crew takes on site and groups them under the project they belong to, giving an office a running visual record of the work. A Beam agent reads photos landing against an approved project and files them into the matching folder in the system the office already uses, applying the naming rule the team has set for that job. Photos tagged to a recognized project move through without anyone sorting them by hand. A photo landing without a project tag, or one uploaded against a job that looks closed, is routed to a person to place correctly.

Photo Annotation Notes

A crew member can add a note or mark-up directly on a CompanyCam photo, flagging a detail like a repair needed or a measurement taken on site. A Beam agent reads new annotations added to photos on an approved project and copies the note into the job record or task list the office works from, under the rule the team has set for that project. Routine notes, such as a completed step, get filed without extra handling. An annotation describing damage, a safety issue, or anything tied to a cost change is routed to a person before it's acted on.

Project Timeline Reports

CompanyCam can put a project's photos in order to build a timeline report showing how a job progressed from start to finish. A Beam agent checks whether a project marked complete has enough photos to generate a timeline report and, where the rule allows it, requests the report and attaches it to the job file the office keeps for that client. Reports for jobs with a full, ordered photo set get filed without review. A job with missing stages, unclear ordering, or photos that look mismatched to the project is routed to a person before the report goes to a client.
