Swap a dead CodeQR destination for a live page the moment a link expires, automating an update a marketer would otherwise catch late.
Dynamic QR Code Redirects
A dynamic QR code from CodeQR points to a destination that can change without reprinting the code itself. A Beam agent reads the current destination on the schedule or trigger the customer sets, applies the approved rule, for example swapping an expired campaign page for a live one, and updates the redirect. It can also notify the campaign owner once the change goes live. Requests to change a destination outside the approved rule, or a code tied to printed materials already in circulation, are routed to a human before anything is updated.
Short Link Management
CodeQR shortens a long URL into a branded link that is easier to share across a campaign. A Beam agent reads which links are set to expire or need a destination update, applies the approved rule for the replacement, and updates the link record accordingly. Where permissions allow, it can also retire an old link and notify the owner that the swap is complete. Any change to a link already embedded in a live print run or a partner's materials is routed to a human to confirm first.
Scan and Click Analytics
CodeQR logs scan and click counts for every code and link it manages. A Beam agent reads that data on the schedule the customer sets, applies the approved rule for what counts as underperforming, such as a link with scans below a set number after a fixed period, and notifies the campaign owner. It can also compile the figures into a recurring update instead of someone pulling the dashboard by hand. Decisions about pausing or redesigning a campaign based on that data stay with a human.
