Watch learner progress in Coassemble and mark a course complete once every required module is finished.
Course enrollment records
Coassemble tracks who's enrolled in a training course and where they are in it, module by module. A Beam agent enrolls a learner when a workflow triggers it, such as a new hire starting or a role change requiring a specific course, and reads back the enrollment record to confirm it was created. If the learner is already enrolled in a conflicting version of the course, or the required course can't be determined from the employee's role, the agent routes the enrollment to a person instead of guessing which course to assign.
Module completion tracking
As a learner works through a Coassemble course, the platform records which modules are complete and which remain. A Beam agent reads this progress when a workflow needs to confirm training status, such as before granting access to a system that requires a certification, and updates a connected record, like an HR system, once every required module shows complete. When a learner has stalled partway through a required course past a defined deadline, or a module shows complete without the expected quiz score, the agent flags the case for a person to follow up.
Assessment and quiz result handling
Coassemble courses can include quizzes or assessments that produce a score for each learner. A Beam agent reads a learner's result once a quiz is submitted and, if the score meets the passing threshold the team has set, updates the learner's record to reflect that the course is complete. If the score falls below the threshold, the quiz result is missing, or the same assessment shows multiple conflicting scores, the agent routes the learner's case to a person rather than marking the course complete on an unclear result.
