Trace a contact's Cloze timeline across email, calls, and meetings, then update the record with what's new.
Unified contact timeline
Cloze pulls a contact's emails, calls, texts, meetings, and social activity from the tools it connects to into one timeline attached to that person. A Beam agent reads this timeline when a workflow needs the latest context on a contact, such as before a follow-up or a renewal check, and uses what it finds to decide the next step, such as flagging a contact who has gone quiet. If the timeline is missing a recent interaction it expects to see, or shows conflicting information across sources, the agent routes the contact to a person rather than acting on an incomplete picture.
Contact and relationship record updates
Alongside the timeline, Cloze keeps a record for each contact, including notes, tags, and relationship stage. A Beam agent updates this record when a workflow detects a change that matches an approved rule, such as tagging a contact after a meeting or moving them to a new stage after a specific type of reply. It reads the contact's current record first to avoid overwriting a recent manual note. When the required update isn't clear from the available data, or the contact's record shows a recent change from a person, the agent routes it for review instead of updating.
Follow-up reminder handling
Cloze surfaces reminders for contacts that haven't been followed up with, based on the activity it has tracked. A Beam agent reads these reminders and, for ones that match a defined rule, such as a routine check-in with no urgent context, sends the standard follow-up or updates the contact's record to reflect the outreach. For contacts where the reminder involves a stalled deal, an unresolved complaint, or unclear next steps, the agent routes the reminder to the person who owns the relationship instead of acting on it.
