Lead scoring and segmentation

Clientify builds a profile for each contact based on demographic details and site or campaign activity, then groups leads into segments. A Beam agent reads this profile when a lead reaches a defined score or joins a segment, and applies the approved rule, such as assigning a sales owner or updating the lead's stage. It keeps the CRM record current as new activity comes in. When a lead's activity contradicts its current segment or a scoring rule produces an unexpected result, the agent leaves the assignment as is and routes the contact to a sales manager.

Task and follow-up automation

Clientify lets sales teams set tasks and reminders tied to a contact or deal, such as a call, email, or demo follow-up. A Beam agent checks open tasks against their due dates and, when a task is completed or a deal moves stage, updates the task list and creates the next follow-up under the approved sequence. It keeps reps from missing a scheduled step. When a deal has been inactive past a set period or a task is marked done without a logged outcome, the agent routes the deal to the account owner for review.

Deal pipeline stage tracking

Clientify records where each deal sits in the sales pipeline, from first contact to close. A Beam agent reads the current stage and moves a deal forward when its conditions are met, such as a signed proposal or a completed call, and logs the change with a timestamp. It keeps pipeline reports aligned with actual sales activity rather than stale entries. When a deal stalls past the expected time in a stage or the amount changes significantly, the agent does not advance it; it routes the deal to the sales manager for a decision.
