Where an approved rule applies, such as removing addresses marked invalid or high risk, the agent updates the list directly before it goes out. Addresses returned as unknown, catch all, or borderline are routed to a person to decide whether to keep or drop them.

Email finder by name and domain

Clearout's finder looks up a likely email address for a person given their name and company domain, returning a match along with a confidence score. A Beam agent runs this lookup when a contact record is missing an email, such as a new lead added without one, reading the returned address and confidence level. Where an approved rule sets a confidence threshold, the agent adds the found address to the record automatically once verified. Low confidence matches, or names with no result, are routed to a person to research and confirm manually.
