Review CINC lead records and write back stage changes or notes, automating work like advancing a lead to a new stage once a showing gets booked.
Lead status tracking
CINC records where each real estate lead sits in the pipeline, from new inquiry through to closed deal. A Beam agent reads a lead's current stage after an update elsewhere, such as a call log or a form submission, and applies the approved rule for what that activity means for the stage. It writes the new stage back into the lead's CINC record and notifies the assigned agent if action is needed. When the activity does not clearly map to a stage change, the agent leaves the update to a person.
Showing and appointment scheduling
CINC holds the scheduled showings and appointments tied to each lead. A Beam agent reads new or changed appointments and checks them against an approved rule, such as confirming a showing falls within business hours or matches an available agent. It writes a confirmation or reminder back into the lead's record and notifies the agent assigned to that showing. If the appointment conflicts with an existing booking or the lead's details are incomplete, the agent hands the scheduling decision to a person. The agent does not decide which showings to prioritize, it only records what has been scheduled elsewhere.
Lead source reporting
CINC tags each lead with the source it came from, such as a paid campaign or a referral. A Beam agent reads new leads on a schedule and checks the source tag against an approved list, writing a summary of lead counts by source into a report. It notifies a marketing owner if a source produces an unusual volume of leads. When a lead's source is missing or does not match a known category, the agent leaves the classification for a person to assign. The agent does not judge which sources are worth more budget, only reports the counts it observes.
