Oversee ChatFly deployment and testing records across use cases to flag failed test runs, update chatbot configurations, and alert a person before a bot goes live.
Chatbot testing checklist runs
Before a ChatFly bot goes live, a business typically tests it against sample conversations to check its responses are accurate and on topic. A Beam agent reads the test results once a testing round completes, checks them against the pass criteria a business has approved, and updates the bot's status to ready once every required test case passes. Where a test case fails, or a response looks correct but reads differently from what the business intended, the agent does not adjust the bot's configuration itself, it routes the failed cases back to whoever is building the bot for a fix.
Multi-channel deployment status tracking
ChatFly bots can run across several channels at once, and a bot that works well in one channel may behave differently in another. A Beam agent reads deployment status for each channel on a schedule, checks whether a bot is live, paused, or returning errors, and updates a status record accordingly. It applies only the check rules a business has approved for what counts as a channel failure. When a channel shows repeated errors or an unexpected pattern, such as a sudden drop in completed conversations, the agent notifies whoever manages that channel instead of restarting it.
Bot configuration change tracking
As a business scales ChatFly across many bots and use cases, configuration changes such as updated prompts or new data sources happen often. A Beam agent reads configuration records to check when a change has been made, compares it against the last approved version, and updates a change log noting what was modified and when. It follows only the logging rule already agreed with the business. Where a configuration change looks like it could affect a live bot's behavior in an unapproved way, the agent flags it and routes the change to a person before it takes effect.
