Custom data source syncing

A ChatBotKit assistant answers using a business's own documents and data sources rather than generic knowledge. A Beam agent reads the connected source content on a schedule, compares it against what the bot's training data currently reflects, and updates the bot's data set once a source document has changed, such as an updated policy or price list. It applies only the sync rule already approved, such as which documents are in scope. Where a source document conflicts with existing bot content, or a new file arrives in an unclear format, the agent leaves training untouched and notifies whoever owns the content.

Slack, Discord, and WhatsApp conversation tracking

ChatBotKit deploys the same assistant into messaging apps like Slack, Discord, and WhatsApp, where conversations happen inside channels or direct messages. A Beam agent reads conversations across these apps, checks them against a business's rules for what needs attention, such as a repeated unanswered question or a request to talk to a person, and updates a tracking log with the outcome. It notifies the app owner when a rule is matched. The agent does not post replies into these channels itself, it only reads, tracks, and routes conversations that need a person's attention.

Bot response accuracy checks

Because a ChatBotKit assistant answers from custom data, an outdated or missing source can lead to an inaccurate reply. A Beam agent reads a sample of recent bot responses, checks them against the current source data the bot is meant to draw from, and updates a quality log noting any mismatch it finds. It follows only the accuracy rule a business has approved, such as checking dates or figures against source documents. Where a response looks wrong but the correct answer is not obvious from the source data, the agent routes the case to a person instead of guessing.
