Follow ChatBot conversation and deployment records across channels to flag failed bot responses, update chatbot flows, and notify a person when a human reply is needed.
Multi-channel deployment monitoring
ChatBot runs the same bot across channels such as a website widget, Facebook Messenger, or Slack, and each channel can behave differently once live. A Beam agent reads deployment status across these channels on a schedule, checks whether a bot is responding as expected in each one, and updates a status record when a channel goes offline or stops responding. It applies only the check rules a business has set up for what counts as a failure. When a channel shows repeated errors or an unexpected drop in conversation volume, the agent notifies whoever manages that channel instead of restarting it unprompted.
Conversation flow updates
A ChatBot bot follows a defined conversation flow of questions, answers, and branching logic built for a specific use case. A Beam agent reads conversations where visitors leave the flow, get stuck, or ask something the flow does not cover, and compiles these gaps into a list. Where a business has already approved a fix, such as adding a specific answer to an existing step, the agent updates the flow directly. Where the gap needs a new branch or a judgment call about wording, the agent routes the case to whoever owns the bot's conversation design.
Bot to human handoff tracking
ChatBot can hand a conversation to a human agent when a visitor asks for one or the bot cannot help further. A Beam agent reads these handoff events as they happen, checks how long a conversation has waited for a human reply, and updates a queue record so nothing sits unanswered without visibility. It notifies a team channel once a conversation has waited past an agreed time. The agent does not respond to the visitor itself, it only tracks the handoff and makes sure a person picks up the conversation.
