Track Campayn contacts, lists, and email campaigns, automating marketing work like scheduling sends, monitoring opens and clicks, and updating contact records.
Create campaigns from contact lists
Campayn campaigns pair a template with a contact list and can be sent immediately or scheduled. A Beam agent creates a campaign when a trigger fires, such as a scheduled newsletter date, using the approved template and the correct list, then confirms the campaign is queued. It logs the recipient count and scheduled time. When the requested list does not match the campaign's intended audience, or the template has unapproved content, the agent does not send it and instead routes the campaign to the marketing owner for a final check before it goes live.
Track opens, clicks, and campaign reports
Campayn reports how a campaign performed once it sends, covering opens, clicks, and unsubscribes for that batch. A Beam agent reads this report after each send and logs the figures against the campaign record, comparing them to recent campaigns. It updates a shared tracker so the team can review performance without opening the dashboard. When a report shows an unusually low open rate or a spike in unsubscribes, the agent flags the send to the marketing owner rather than letting a weak result pass unnoticed into the next campaign.
Keep contact lists current
Contacts in Campayn need to reflect new sign-ups, opt-outs, and any changes made elsewhere, such as in a CRM. A Beam agent reads new or updated contact information from the source system and applies it to the matching Campayn list, adding new contacts and removing anyone who has opted out. It logs each change made. When a contact record conflicts between systems, such as different email addresses for the same person, the agent leaves the entry untouched and flags the conflict for a person to resolve.
