Build CampaignHQ campaigns, subscribers, and lists, automating email marketing work like managing segments and tracking unsubscribes.
Create and send campaigns from templates
CampaignHQ builds sends from templates paired with a subscriber list, and can schedule them for a specific date and time. A Beam agent creates a send when a trigger fires, such as a recurring newsletter date or a new announcement, filling in the approved template and attaching the correct list. It confirms the send was scheduled and logs the details. When the template needs content that has not been approved yet, or the list looks smaller or larger than expected, the agent holds off and flags the send for a person to check before it goes out.
Manage subscriber lists and unsubscribes
Lists in CampaignHQ grow and shrink as people subscribe, bounce, or opt out. A Beam agent reads new subscriber activity, adds new contacts to the right list, and processes unsubscribe requests so suppressed contacts are not included in future sends. It logs each addition and removal. When a contact unsubscribes from one list but is also active on another the team wants to keep separate, the agent applies the removal only where instructed and flags anything ambiguous, such as a duplicate entry, to a person rather than merging records on its own.
Track delivery and engagement metrics
Once a campaign sends, CampaignHQ reports delivery, open, and click figures for that send. A Beam agent pulls these numbers after a send completes and logs them against the campaign record, comparing them to the account's recent average. It updates a shared report so the team can track performance without checking the dashboard manually. When delivery or engagement drops well below the recent average, the agent flags the campaign to the marketing owner so someone can check the list or content before the next send.
