Verify addresses before a send

Campaign Cleaner checks each address on a list for deliverability, flagging ones that are invalid, disposable, or likely to bounce. A Beam agent submits a list for verification ahead of a scheduled send, reads back the results, and applies the rule the team approved, such as removing anything flagged as undeliverable before the send goes out. It logs how many addresses were removed and why. When the number of flagged addresses is unusually high for a list, the agent pauses the send and routes the list to the marketing owner to check the source of the addresses.

Remove bounces and role based addresses

Beyond one-off verification, Campaign Cleaner identifies role based addresses, such as info@ or support@, and addresses that have bounced on past sends. A Beam agent reads this data after a campaign runs and removes or suppresses the flagged addresses from future sends according to the approved rule. It updates the list and logs the count removed. When an address is flagged but has a history of engaging with prior campaigns, the agent does not remove it automatically and instead flags it for a person to review before suppressing.

Track list health over time

A list's overall health, the share of valid, risky, and invalid addresses, changes as new contacts are added and old ones go stale. A Beam agent checks this breakdown on a recurring schedule and compares it against the prior check. It updates a shared record with the current figures so the team can see whether hygiene is improving or slipping. When the invalid or risky share crosses a threshold the team set, the agent flags the list for a full re-verification instead of letting a degraded list continue to send.
