Verify email addresses in bulk or one at a time

Bouncer checks whether an email address is real, reachable, and safe to send to, returning a status such as deliverable, risky, or undeliverable. A Beam agent submits new addresses, such as signups from a form or import, for verification on a schedule or as they arrive. It reads the returned status and applies the approved rule, for example removing undeliverable addresses from a send list automatically. Addresses marked risky or unknown, which need judgment about whether to keep or drop them, are routed to a person to review before any list change goes ahead.

Flag risky and undeliverable addresses before sends

Before a campaign goes out, a Beam agent can pull the latest Bouncer results for a mailing list and apply an approved threshold, such as suppressing any address flagged as invalid or a likely spam trap. It reads the validation status for each address, updates the list or contact record accordingly, and can notify the sender of how many addresses were removed. Borderline cases, such as addresses marked risky rather than clearly bad, or a sudden spike in bad addresses from one source, are flagged for a person to check before the send proceeds.

Sync validation status back to contact records

Bouncer results, once returned, need to reach the system where contacts actually live, such as a CRM or email tool. A Beam agent reads new validation results from Bouncer and writes the status back to the matching contact record, keeping deliverability data current without a manual export and import each time. It can run this on a schedule or trigger it whenever a new batch of checks completes. Where a contact record can't be matched with confidence, or a validation result conflicts with existing data, the agent leaves it for a person to reconcile.
