Qualify leads through chatbot flows

BotConversa runs a conversation flow that asks a contact a set of qualifying questions over WhatsApp, such as budget or interest level. A Beam agent reads the contact's answers as the flow completes, applies the scoring rule the sales team approved, and updates the contact's status or tag in BotConversa accordingly. Qualified contacts, along with the answers that qualified them, are logged for the sales team to follow up with directly. Answers that are unclear or contradictory are routed to a person to qualify manually rather than scored automatically.

Send WhatsApp broadcasts to segments

BotConversa sends broadcast messages to a defined contact segment over WhatsApp, based on tags or list membership. A Beam agent reads the approved broadcast content and target segment, triggers the send through BotConversa, and confirms how many contacts received it. It logs delivery failures, such as invalid numbers or opted-out contacts, and keeps a record of every segment used for a send. Any broadcast targeting a segment larger than the team's approved limit, or containing content outside the approved templates, is held for a person to confirm before sending.

Update contact tags and fulfillment status

BotConversa tags contacts and tracks where each one sits in a fulfillment or order process, such as order placed, confirmed, or shipped. A Beam agent reads status updates from a connected order or fulfillment system, applies the approved mapping to the corresponding tag, and updates the contact record in BotConversa. It sends the contact the matching automated message for that stage where one is approved, and logs each update for later review. Orders with a status that does not match any known stage are routed to a person to update manually.
