Schedule and queue Bluesky posts

Unshape lets a Bluesky account queue posts in advance and release them on a set schedule instead of publishing everything live. A Beam agent reads an approved content queue, applies the timing and channel rules the team has set, and hands each post to Unshape for publishing at the scheduled time. It confirms the post went out and logs the result. If a scheduled post is missing required approval, contains a broken link, or fails to send, the agent holds it and notifies the content owner instead of letting it queue further.

Automate replies to common interactions

Unshape can trigger a response when a Bluesky account receives a defined type of interaction, such as a reply containing a specific keyword or a repeated question. A Beam agent reads the incoming interaction, matches it against the approved reply rules, such as a standard answer to a pricing question, and sends the matching response through Unshape. It keeps a record of every automated reply sent. Interactions that do not match an approved rule, or that read as complaints, are routed to a person to answer directly.

Track engagement across accounts

Unshape reports engagement data, such as replies, reposts, and follower changes, across the Bluesky accounts connected to it. A Beam agent reads this data on a set interval, applies the threshold rules a team has approved, such as flagging a sudden spike in replies or a drop in engagement, and logs the result against the account's history. It notifies the account owner when a threshold is crossed. Interpreting why engagement changed, or deciding on a response strategy, is left to the person managing the account.
