Track Bloom Growth Rocks, scorecards, to-dos, and issues, automating operations work like monitoring goal progress, logging issues, and updating weekly scorecards.
Track quarterly Rocks and milestones
Bloom Growth organizes team goals as Rocks, the quarterly priorities each person or team commits to, with milestones marking progress toward completion. A Beam agent reads the status of each Rock on a schedule, such as weekly, and compares progress against the milestone dates the team set. When a Rock falls behind its milestone or is marked at risk, the agent updates the record and notifies the owner. It does not reassign ownership or change the Rock's definition; those decisions are routed to the team's leader.
Update weekly scorecard metrics
The Bloom Growth scorecard tracks a small set of weekly numbers, such as revenue, pipeline, or output counts, against a target range for each metric. A Beam agent reads the source system for each metric, such as a CRM or finance tool, applies the approved calculation, and writes the resulting number into the scorecard on the agreed cadence. It flags any metric that lands outside the expected range so the team sees it at the next meeting. Numbers pulled from a source with missing or inconsistent data are held for manual entry.
Log and route open issues
Bloom Growth keeps a running issues list that teams work through in their weekly meeting, each entry tied to an owner and a status. A Beam agent creates a new issue when a trigger condition is met, for example a recurring complaint or a missed deadline reported elsewhere, and records the context so the team has what it needs to discuss it. It updates the issue's status as it moves through the list. Deciding how to resolve an issue, or whether to escalate it, stays with the team and is not automated.
