The UAE has set one of the most ambitious public-sector AI agendas in the world. Under the National AI Strategy 2031, it is moving to put agentic AI into public services at a pace few countries can match. Beam AI is building for that.
In line with that agenda, we have partnered with Innoventures, our regional partner in Abu Dhabi. Together we are customizing a dedicated variant of Beam AI's platform, built to be ready for the standards the UAE public sector holds itself to. This is a statement of intent, and the intent is simple: match the country's ambition with a platform that is sovereign-ready by design.
The standard the UAE public sector sets
Putting AI into public services is different from putting it into a company, and a harder one. It is also the problem the UAE has chosen to lead on.
The work has to run in Arabic as a first-class language, with interfaces built for it. It has to meet national information-assurance standards, keep data inside the country, and every action an agent takes has to be traceable long after the fact. This is because here the standard is not only "did it work," it is "can you prove what it did, why it did it, and who was watching."
That is a high bar, and it is the right one. Beam treats the audit trail as part of the product, not an afterthought, the same reason the platform holds up in banking and other heavily regulated industries. Our work on Arabic-native AI agents is part of building to that standard properly rather than approximately.

This is the difference between an agent that guesses and an agent that knows where it is. Governed agents read from and write to a structured map of how the organization actually works, so their actions stay grounded in real context. It is also why the UAE, which already leads global AI-readiness rankings, is putting agentic AI into operations faster than almost anywhere in the world. We are building to that pace.
Built in Abu Dhabi, moving at the region's pace
Beam is registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and operates from Hub71, so this is a genuine local footing, not a remote vendor relationship. With Innoventures as our local partner, we bring a platform proven in regulated environments together with a presence rooted in the UAE.
