Sign In / Sign Up
Whether you’re new to Beam or returning, signing in is quick and straightforward. Watch the demo video for an overview of sign in, setting up your profile, and creating or joining a workspace.
Access the Sign In Page
Open the Beam Platform and you'll be taken to the Sign In page. Simply enter your email to get a magic link or sign in instantly using Google.
Using the Magic Link
Enter your email address and click “Get Magic Link.” Check your inbox for the email and click on the provided link to log in instantly.
Sign Up Option
If you’re a new user, click on “Sign up” at the top right of the Sign In page. You can either sign up with Google or by entering your email address to receive a magic link.
Email Verification
After entering your email, check your inbox and click the magic link to complete your registration.
These steps will ensure you’re successfully logged in and ready to explore Beam Studio.
Create / Join Workspace
After signing in, the next step is to set up your workspace, which will serve as the central hub for all your AI agents and workflows.
Set Up Your Profile
Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to set up your profile. Upload a profile picture and enter your full name to personalise your account.
Join or Create a Workspace
Choose whether to join an existing workspace or create a new one. If you’ve been invited, click on “Join Workspace.” Otherwise, select “Create Workspace".
Creating a New Workspace
When creating a workspace, name it according to your project needs and upload an image to represent your workspace.
Invite Team Members
After setting up the workspace, you can invite team members by entering their email addresses. This enables seamless collaboration.
