Go-To-Market Architect

About the Role

At a Go-to-Marketing Associate at Beam, you'll be the driving force behind introducing our product to the market, strategically positioning it, and ensuring its success. This role places you at the forefront of our efforts to establish our product's presence and make it a recognized name in its industry. We are looking for someone who is passionate about scaling great products, has strong leadership skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, market analysis, and hands-on sales support.

Your key responsibilities will entail the following:

  • Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and executing comprehensive plans to drive market penetration and growth.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights on client use-cases to inform sales and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand product features, benefits, and differentiation.

  • Support sales teams with outreach, product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation to drive revenue growth.

  • Create and maintain GTM assets including sales collateral, presentations, Product Demos, FAQs, and training materials.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of GTM plans, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer support.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization.

  • Assist in the development and execution of launch events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of sales and marketing plans.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer feedback to continuously refine our processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Sciences or related field.

  • About 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, consulting, product marketing, or related roles.

  • Familiarity with state of the art automation tools, and CRM tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Outreach, Mailchimp, or similar.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.

  • Experience in technology or software industry preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly.
